Whether you're a guest, or just curious about our stays, the questions below are here to help address any concerns that may arise.

  • When do I get my check-in information?

    All check-in instructions are sent out the day of your stay at 8AM. The instructions are only sent to guests who have compeleted their payments and check-in form.

  • Can I check-in early?

    We are happy to accomodate early check-ins. In order to do so, we require 24-hour notice to allow us time to prepare your unit.

  • What do I need to do for check-out?

    • Check-out is at 11 AM. 
    • Take out trash (if applicable).
    • Load dishwasher and run it.
    • Check for valuables and chargers.
    • Secure windows and doors.
    • Place keys back in lockbox and leave parking passes on kitchen counter.
  • Is there wifi? Where can i find wifi instructions?

    Yes, we provide wifi. Each unit should have a check-in sheet with instructions to connect to our services. If you are unable to find the instructions, you can find the information on the back of the router in each unit.

  • What number do I call if I have an emergency or need help?

    In immediate emergencies, please call 911. If you are needing maintenence or your stay is missing any essentials, please contact 614-800-7863.

  • How do I get into my stay?

    We offer contactless check-in. Each unit is equipt with a touch pad or lockbox to get in. In your check-in instructions, the code and location of box are provided.
